Public Service Announcement

2 weeks ago the University of Arkansas had their annual red/white scrimmage game. Before the game there was a kid friendly "fest". There were many safety booths. We received a safety coloring book. This was one picture in the coloring book:

I'm not one to judge, but, I think this guy is in direct violation of his parole. Well played Blue Cross, Blue Shield of Arkansas... Well played.
